How To - Customer Data Changes
White Label App
Customer can update their details within the White Label App. These changes will not update details within Loyalty.
This is the only method for customers to update their details including consent. Within iOrder it can be defined which fields that customers can update. It is recommended that customers are restricted from amending Email Address, Date of Birth or Mobile number.
Loyalty Platform
Head office users can update customer details and change Loyalty Cards within the Loyalty Platform. This data will not update within iOrder Database automatically and therefore not change within the App.
